| At Bibs and Rattles, we use a secure payment gateway, PayPal, which allows us to accept credit card payment by Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa or we are more than happy to accept direct bank deposit. Using any of these methods will require payment to be cleared before goods will be sent. |

| Ordering online is simple: |

| 1. Browse. Click through the categories to the left and then click on the products of interest to view more details, sizes and colour selection. From there you can add the item to your 'cart'. |

| 2. Checkout. Once you are satisfied with the product(s) in your 'cart', you may continue to 'checkout' where you will be able to confirm your product choice(s) and total quantities. |

| 3. Confirm. Finally, fill out the simple delivery details form, choose your payment method and confirm your order. Simple as that! |

| Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number for reference, to your nominated email address and we will process your order and post it by Express Post via Australia Post in 48hrs of cleared receipt of payment. |

| However, at Bibs and Rattles, we also understand that not everyone feels comfortable using the Internet to make purchases and therefore we offer alternative methods of ordering. Please download the order form here and mail to PO Box 226, Victoria Park, WA 6979, Australia or email the order form to orders@bibsandrattles.com. A staff member will contact you within 24 hours to arrange payment and delivery. NOTE: Payment must be received within 14 days of the order being placed otherwise, the order will be cancelled. |
