Delivery
All the items on our website are in stock and ship within 48hours of cleared payment, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Occassionally there may be an error in our inventory system and an item may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you immediately.
Bibs and Rattles works closely with suppliers to provide you with the largest range of products. Occasionally products are sent from different locations around Australia and in these cases your order will be sent as 2 parcels. You will be notified if this is the case.
Delivery Costs:
Bibs and Rattles offers flat rate postage of $10.00 per order.
We choose to send all of our products via registered post and all charges include insurance, handling & the ability to track your order online. Express Post services can be arranged. Please contact us prior for an Express Post quote.
Delivery Times:
All orders are posted within 48 hours, with the exception of personalised items. The products with longer handling times are clearly explained in the product description.
Local Pickup:
Most items can be picked up from our warehouse in Como, WA.

Returns Policy: (non personalised items)
We want you to be totally happy with any purchases that you make from us. We will therefore accept or exchange returns for store credit within 7 days of you receiving the goods. All we ask is that goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Customers requesting an exchange or store credit should contact Bibs and Rattles for a returns acceptance number prior to agreement for any returns to take place. Please note that delivery costs are not refundable.
Wall Sticker Returns Policy:
Bibs and Rattles has written a guide to installing wall stickers to ensure you as the buyer are fully informed as to the types of wall and paint surfaces wall stickers can be applied to. If you are unsure that the wall stickers you have chosen are suitable for your surface please contact us prior to placing your order and we will happily assist you with the brands that will work best with your surface.
Under no circumstances will we refund wall stickers that have been used. If the wall stickers you have selected are inappropriate for your surface once installed we are happy to exchange for a brand that will be more suitable to your needs however no refunds will be processed.
Personalised Items Policy:
Returns will be offered if the product or personalisation of the product is incorrect and in fault of Bibs and Rattles, it is your responsibility to supply Bibs and Rattles with the correct information and instructions for all products and personalisation, if you submit an incorrect order and need a replacement, it will be at your cost.
International Postage:
We ship worldwide, however postage prices will vary between different countries. If you would like us to ship an item to you overseas, please contact us prior to placing your order for a postage quote.
