Out of Stock Items

Items which are unavailable at the time of your order placement will be shipped as soon as we receive them, we will notify you by email or telephone should we encounter any delays or have any questions regarding your order. You may request an order update at any time simply by sending us an email to: orders@bibsandrattles.com

Refunds/Exchanges

All orders are carefully checked by hand prior to being sent and all care taken. We understand that faults do happen and will kindly exchange items that are proven to be defective. All returns must be sent back to Bibs and Rattles within 10 days of receipt of order. The goods must be in original packaging, intact, with original tags intact, clothes unwashed and unworn. The good must be returned in the same condition that they were sent.

You may have purchased the wrong size, colour or the product may be defective. The good news is, we will happily exchange or refund at our discretion. Postage is the purchaser's responsibility and an additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items. Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable, unless at our discretion. Please contact us at info@bibsandrattles.com to arrange any refunds or exchanges.

We will not accept liability for any items 'lost or stolen' after delivery has taken place just as we will not accept responsibility for deliveries sent to an incorrect address due to misspelling on your behalf, so please enter all information with care. Thank you for your understanding.
