How much shipping cost?
Bibs & Rattles is offering FREE Shipping for a limited time (till further communication). To keep the cost down for our customers and quality high, we source products from all over the world. Orders are shipped directly from our distributor’s warehouse from the world over and may take up to 2-4 weeks to finally reach you.
How much do I have to wait for my order to be delivered?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 days after placing the order, and a tracking number is provided to the customer. Shipping times vary based on the location of the warehouse and destination. In most cases, items are delivered between 2-4 weeks from order been placed. Customers can track their order any time using the tracking number provided.

How do I change my shipping address?
Before placing your order you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart.
If your order was placed within 6 hours, you can email our Customer Support team to change shipping address.
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to pay for all tax and custom fee which may be required in some countries. Please check your country customs website for more details.
Where can I find an invoice for my order?
You can find your order invoice in your Order History and click “Details”.
How do I return a product?
We only accept returns if the product you received is not as described or you received the product in faulty or broken condition. Please contact our Customer Support team at email@example.com for help. They will guide you with further steps.
Which currencies do you support?
All Items being shipped to United States are in US Dollars (US$) and items being shipped to New Zealand are in NZ Dollars (NZ$).
Can I exchange an item?

How do I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order up to 6 hours from the time of purchase. Please contact our Customer Support immediately with order details at email@example.com for help in canceling your order.
How will I receive my refund?
Depending on your payment type, your refund will be automatically applied back to your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may disappear entirely from your statement, and you won’t see a refund in your account
Can you issue my refund to a different card?
